(The camera fades into a small arena on the outskirts of town. Cars fill the parking lot, some look as if they are brand new, others look as ancient as time. There is a burst of noise and the camera swerves around and we see a large group of people leaving the arena, all talking excitedly and looking back to the door. The camera sneaks up and we see Jake Lyon in the middle of the crowd signing autographs and taking pictures. He has a huge smile on his face as he shakes and slaps the hands of many. He seems to be on top of the world, like nothing can touch him, floating above the reach and comprehension of all others. But in fact, he is just a young man trying to find his place. He signs a few more autographs and eventually makes his way through the crowd and heads to the lot. He waves to a few more people. He walks over to a 2003 Trailblazer and stands in front of it. The keys of the car jingle in his hand and he shoves them into his pocket. He looks up at the sky and grins at it. Jake stands there for a few seconds more before climbing on top of the hood of the TB. He folds his arms behind his head and just smiles up at the sky)Jake: To think, I would come from this place to a two and oh record over in Supreme. I certainly never saw it coming. And neither of them were easy matches, both were perfect chances to show off my talent to the people, the company and the roster. I even got the pinfalls in both of those matches. Now that is truly being undefeated. I've also made myself a strong ally in that of Heather, a woman whose good looks are equal to her skills in the ring. I hope the best for her and love for comedy as well. I don't know what those people's problems were. I personally liked the pin joke and the one about the horse. Cracked me up.
(Jake sits up after this and looks to be a totally other person. His smile has vanished and his eyes resemble those of a wolf, focused and full of energy to be released at the call)
But our match this week is no joke at all unfortunatly. This match is big, it's our ticket to the finals of the tournament. There we will take on none other than Raz and Shadow, who seem to have bonded over the past few weeks, or at least Raz and that other chick have. But back to the match, it will be myself and Heather going toe to toe with none other than Dante Romano and some other guy. Why do I speak of his partner so harshly? Dante has single handedly won all of their matches and I don't give a damn what anyone else says. Our real opponent this week is Dante, the other guy can go and play solitaire for all I care.
Dante, you are one of the top men in this corporation. You have main evented in not only this federation but hell, in olympic games! You really do have the upperhand when it comes to experience and knowledge. But those two are nothing without talent, and myself and Heather have enough of that to easily take you out of this tournament. We may be young, you can call us naive or whatever, but we know our limits and you are within our reach. You may think that you are above us and that this should be a walk in the park but think again! We want those tag titles and I will be damned if I lose this undefeated record to you. You may be one of the main eventers here, but that is about to change real quick like.
You were in the main event at the last ppv were you not? Well, we all know what happened there so there is no reason to even talk about it. You choked, plain and simple. You walked into that arena with that little swagger of yours and cocky smile, but you left limping and without gold. You had the mind set, you just didn't have the skill. And once again, you will experience the same crushing defeat that you felt that night. You have advanced this far into the tournament but that is as far as you will get. We are the brick wall on your road to the tag titles and we will not be moved by the likes of you. We will advance past you and we will become the tag champions. Why? Because we have the hunger, we have the craving to make names for ourselves. We have the desire for everyone in this business to know our names and give us the respect that we will soon deserve. Two of the youngest atheletes here in SW, and we are taking on an olympic champion, I don't see us as the underdogs, I think of it as equal ground. The only difference is that I KNOW we will win. You have arrogance, we have confidence. There's a big difference. What is the difference? Well, we are actually to back up our words while you...can not. Deal with it.
An olympic champion huh? Oh yeah, it was in boxing, not wrestling. Still, quite the achievement. Are you still practicing those right hooks and such? I guess not, I suppose now you're trying to stay more on the wrestling side right? Yeah, I thought so. See, I really don't care how hard you can punch, I really don't how fast you can throw out a jab, this is wrestling. I have been trained to fall from a fifteen foot cage and be able to win the match. Even if you did box like you did in the 'old days', I could take it. I'm not afraid of you like some of the people you surround yourself with. I'm not afraid of a bully and I intend on showing the world that you are nothing but one. Get used to hearing these words because I am going straight to the top and you will just be one more person that I won't ever have to look at again. You disgrace the name of wrestling and I will be damned if you will disgrace my name. You may be the King of boxing, but I am the King of the jungle, and on Friday, you are going on one hell of a safari.
