Tyler Evans Tyler Evans Foolishly Driven, Painfully Broken
Tyler Evans
Supreme Entries #49
Date: June 22, 2004
Location: Evans' Bedroom

[Everyone has a time in their lives when they contemplate the meaning of existence. There is always that moment everyone remembers in their lifetime. The moment holds significance to them. Sometimes, the moment has brought that human to their knees, begging for mercy. At other times, they remember the moment where glory radiated itself upon their face, and their smile was seen throughout the world, as the heavens called upon them in an excellent way. Still at other times, it would be the moment that they felt the joy of others inside their very hearts in a fleeting moment of beauty, soon to run away and lead them back to their petty, insignificant peasant lives. Yet still at other moments, moments such as this one, those moments are the ones where one escapes achieving victory by a mere inch or two, where one watches the sun's radiant glory disappear behind the clouds without knowledge of whether or not they will ever achieve this chance again. Tyler Evans, The Invincible man, had been broken by he who seemed to be better. He had watched the glory pass him by in the form of Jake Lyon, a man he thought might perhaps be his superior, but a man that proved last week that, he at least had respect.]

[Respect was something Evans could always appreciate. He didn't demand that someone respect him if he didn't feel he'd earned it, but usually, he earned it.]

Tyler Evans: This guy's really something. He reminds me of...me.

[Jake Lyon, the man he was speaking of, was certainly one of a kind, a guy that everyone could find respect for, and a guy that Evans could especially respect, because Jake defeated him cleanly and showed him respect for a great match. That's the type of guy everyone should aspire to be like...Jake Lyon.]

[Evans sat in his chair, clutching his arm, just as he had after the match last week on Warfare, in agony. He was searching around the darkened room for something, probably to ease the pain, but he could not find it.]

Tyler Evans: Where's the damned Bayer Aspirin?

[So that's what he was looking for, the Bayer, but he could not find it. He buried his head inside his hands, wishing to forget about the pain. It wasn't just the pain he had sustained on Warfare, but the coming pain to him both this week, and at the SUPREME Wrestling Super-Card. He knew he'd sustain injury there, but it was all well and good, he supposed. It was all for the love of the sport, and he would show his love to the sport no matter what it took.]

[He flipped his hair back and smiled meekly, grimacing in pain. He was fighting with every ounce of strength just to keep from collapsing from the pain, but it was nevertheless a difficult task.]

Tyler Evans: RaZ, we meet again in the ring this week.

[Well, no shit Sherlock. Of course the two would meet in the ring this week, but why was Evans bringing this up anyway? Was there really a point? However, Evans leaned forward, making an attempt to continue at speech. Perhaps that was not all he had to say, and his stupidity could be rectified.]

Tyler Evans: When we meet, I will give it my all.

[His eyes narrowed.]

Tyler Evans: When we meet, my arm will be battered from previous events, as will my legs and back. The Maimer truly is a powerful move, applied by a powerful man.

[His hair was beginning to throw itself in front of him, and he could not move it, because that would require taking his hands off of the battered arm, which would, of course, release the pressure he was putting on it and allow further pain to flow through his body. He screamed out a scream of mixed fury and anguish.]

Tyler Evans: I may be battered and broken, but RaZ, I break myself on my own accord and no one else's!

[Evans kicked his feet in ache and fury, throwing himself down upon the floor and rolling around to try and ease up the arm and shoulder, but it didn't work. He let out his screams of fire as he rolled around, clutching himself tightly.]

Tyler Evans: And should my body be destroyed, my heart stop beating, my brain cease to function properly, it will be at the hands of no God or Man but myself, God in human form! I take my own life, and I take my own sanity, and neither you or your actions can do so for me!

[Evans began twitching violently, like in seizure mode, and he seemingly went into a trance, though the words he spoke were still his own, and he spoke with the same voice he had always used as he writhed on the floor.]

Tyler Evans: Nothing matters, whether it is the woman in the ring calling our match, or whether it is the fat guy eating Cheeto's in the front row. If I lose to you, it is because that is my choice, and should I win, it is only because I choose to show you true omnipotence!

[Evans was showing a side he had never shown before. Of course, he was everything, every emotion, every thought, every type and stereotype, he did it all. Now, however, he was kind of downright scary. He stopped twitching at long last, and seemed to collapse in a heap on the floor. He spoke for a final time this night.]

Tyler Evans: RaZ, nothing will stop me from defeating you, and nothing will stop me from defeating Khanrai. I will claim my gold, and wrap it around my waist, for this is my desire...

[And with that, Evans dropped his head to the ground and drifted off to sleep. He finally released his hand clutching his arm, and the bleeding began again, like a crimson river, flowing down his body. He would soon awake to see himself in a deep read covering, but for now, he slept peacefully, his ignorance of the blood, perhaps a silent death.]

For even Evans once said, 'True calamnity and anarchy is only achieved through constant silence.
