Time: Approx. 4:45 AM*Still tossing and turning, Mydnyte sits up. It is obvious to her that she is not going to get any sleep tonight. She makes her way out of bed, and out of her hotel room. Making her way down the hall, Mydnyte finds the lounge is completely empty. She finds a chair in the corner, and sits down. Mydnyte reflects on what happened that other day after she went inside. Mydnyte went into her room and immediately went to her closet and changed. She didn't dare look outside. Stepping out of her walk-in closet, she noticed something different about her bed. As she approached her bed, she saw her teddy bear. Only, the bear was missing it's head. It's head had been completely cut off. A hatchet laid stuck into the bedpost, with the bear's head attached. Mydnyte's eyes began to swell with tears as she reflected back on this. That was not any ordinary teddy bear. That bear meant more to Mydnyte that anything on Earth. She was given that bear by her mother twelve years ago, the day her parents died in the plane accident. The bear is the only thing left from either of her parents, and it was the last thing she would ever see her mother. Mydnyte saw her priced possession, her only memento from her deceased parents mutilated. She ran out of her room crying, looking for Shadow; he was not home. Thinking back about this, Mydnyte became full-on bawling. Not wanting anybody to see her in this vulnerable state, she ran back up to her hotel room. She spent the rest of the night crying in her bed.*
